I suggest you try the diagnostic tools built into Windows:
Windows Network Diagnostics can help you identify and resolve home network problems, such as problems connecting to a wireless network or problems connecting to the Internet.
Open Network Diagnostics by right-clicking the network icon in the notification area, and then clicking Diagnose and repair.
