How do I factory reset this device and what might I need that could be missing as in like a notebook adapter wireless notebook adapter. I've never had a laptop so I don't know exactly what they require

I'm not quite sure why this person didn't want it but it turns on fine and the only thing is it's got their email login on there and I wanted to factory reset it and just get rid of all their data and information out there so that I can start fresh and see if it works otherwise it's going to the trash
