I plug in my Headset in put get no sound

Hello,
I plug in my headset in the green and pink jacks put i get no sound just a little pitched noise but when i plug my headset on different pc or phone it works fine. I checked in device manager and it detects my headset but i just dont get any sound from it. How can i fix it ?

go to the control panel
click Hardware and Sound
scroll to the bottom and click RealTek HD Audio Manager
top right corner it says Device advanced settings in blue. Click it
click Multi-stream mode
then click OK and see what happens

it should work, fingers crossed

So i went onto the RealTek HD Audio manager and clicked on device advanced settings then clicked "make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously " and still not getting any sound. I really don't know why it's not working.
