Hi Vipin Sainath,
I am sorry for any inconveniency caused by your WD drive. Please test it on another PC and with another US B cable. I presume you have valuable data stored on the drive, right?
Since the drive has a drive letter and seems to be correctly recognized, run the Command Prompt as an Administrator and type the following command:
Chkdsk F: /r
Replace the F with the drive’s letter. Wait for the process to end and try to access the drive. If the issue persists, open the Disk Management and check if the drive is listed with correct file format. If all seems fine, open Device Manager and uninstall the drive. Restart the PC and plug the drive back in. Drivers should be automatically reinstalled .Try to access the drive again.
If the formatting message keeps showing, I would recommend you to try saving your data with a data recovery tool. I leave you some suggestions below.

Try to backup all important files and format the drive. Once formatting is completed, download Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and check the drive for errors.

If the drive seems in a good condition, I would suggest you to keep using it but keeping a copy all important data.
Hope this helps
