Hi,

The device is around 5 or 6 years old, but still works perfectly. I've now plugged it into my new computer with Windows 10 and it says the device is not recognieed. I'm going nuts listening to the same old music again and again. Can you please help?

Check if your computer's drivers are up to date.

Is iTunes already installed ?
