Hello,

When you insert a USB device to your laptop or a computer, an error message saying “The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize It.”

Anyone who knows how to fix it? I have tried reinstall my drive but it doesn't work, also all my data are losing, so sad...
If any suggestion I will really appreciate, thank you in advance.
