Unable to confirm my identity on Messenger

Hello,
I have same case before a week ago.n still it's bothering me a lot. I keep entering my user name n password correct.. after it tells confirm ur identity. Whenever I choose photos n continue it neither accepts nor works nor anything. It keeps going same continuous. Nothing happens. It keeps showing the same massage..can't log in since 2days properly
In fbook n messenger...I tried through webs n tabs too same massage n same problem..it's so freaking problem happening...lots n lots if problem creating.
