Instagram Spending Limit Reached

Hi everyone.
Hope everyone is doing well.

I need some help with my instagram business account.
I have not attached any facebook page to my instagram account. But while sharing content it shows facebook page as "unnamed page".

And when I try to promote a post, I am getting an error as "spending limit reached. View ad manager". But how can I view ad manager if no facebook account is attached.

I checked my instagram pay limit. There is no limit set on that.

Please help me in this issue. Its been haunting me for the past 6 months.

Hello, what you could do is create a facebook business page (even if you don't plan on using it) and linking that with Instagram.

Doing should give you access to certain analytics / the ad manager tool.

Thank you David.
I am trying to do that now. But my FB ad account is restricted. I have added a payment method for my ad account billing section. And I am not getting any option to remove that payment option.
Really stuck. :(
