WD essential not working

Hi there,

I got a problem with my hard disk (WD 320GB) which used to work fine before it fell on the floor, now the hard disk shows as plugged and the light is working, but I don't see it or access it in My computer also the sectors aren't moving at all... so is it fixable or not?
What shall I do?
Edit: It shows up in the manager as "working" but nothing in my computer.

Not solved so far, and I almost forgot my HDD :(
