Hello,
Try reinstalling the drivers. Click on the below link and download the drivers.
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?os=WW1&catid=-1&dateid=-1&impid=-1&osl=EN&typeid=-1&formatid=-1&servicetag=&SystemID=VOS_N_1015&hidos=WLH&hidlang=en&TabIndex=&scanSupported=False&scanConsent=False
Note: Some devices may not function properly if the drivers are installed out of order. For more
information click on the below link.
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/driver_install_order?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~lt=print
So install the "Chipset" drivers first and then the audio drivers.
Good Luck.
