Hotmail an facebook have both been hacked

Hello,
I can't get in my hotmail or Facebook account, think someone's changed my password, I can't change my Facebook because I have to confirm something in my hotmail account, iv tried to change my hotmail password but it keeps asking me what's my mothers birth place, but that's not the security question I filled out when I set up my hotmail account. Is there a way I van either get back in to them or delete both my hotmail an Facebook account?

Hi Frosty,
You obviously have a very weak security system in your machine. I suggest you look into it quick. I suggest that you don't perform financial transactions.
You must first recover your Hotmail account to be able to later recover your Facebook.
Your Hotmail
Please follow the procedure given in the following tip and recover your account:
https://ccm.net/apps-sites/email/1375-outlook-account-blocked-and-hacked/#topedit
It may take from 24 hours to two weeks before you get an answer.
If the above solution does not work, your account is lost forever.
Sorry but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
