Toshiba satellite c655d-s5139 Computer will not come up

I have toshiba satellite c655d-s5139. I do not have disc, already preloaded when purchased with windows 7. i can get it to turn on, it will go to window logo and say loading then that goes away, i get curser and that is it. tried the hold esc and power button then it say no bootable device-insert and press any key. any ideas please?

thanks for the answer, i have done that but it doesn't go to the warning screen after the beeping, it goes to starting windows then get the mouse and thats it.
