Can't access my yahoo and instagram

Hi,somebody tried to login into my instagram account which has been frozen temporarily.
I have to verify my instagram account through a yahoo email address which I am unable to access.
I made my yahoo account years ago and I don't have access to the recovery number or the recover mail address.I haven't operated that yahoo account in last 4 years.What can I do to retrieve boths my accounts?
P.S-I deleted my Facebook account few months ago so I can't verify through that.

Hi

When a Yahoo account has been inactive for a period of twelve months it is automatically deleted from the server, hence it has been destroyed and recovery is impossible.
