Hello,

I recently bought a laptop from a second hand store. However the previous owner had a password set on the only administrator account and i have no way to log on and no clue how to reset the computer or password. I am willing to reset the computer to factory settings and i even have the disk to do this but i cant without logging onto an account...please someone help thanks
