I have installed windows 7 recently & exactly after that I can not use any DVD or CD! Ireally need to use it & will be appreciate if U show me a way.

Hello,
Optical drives are generally plug and plug devices.
Have you installed the chipset drivers?
go to start and type device manager and open it up.
do you have anything with triangles next to them?
do you see a category for "Optical drives" ?
have you been inside your computer and accidentally disconnected it?
