Desktop displays shutdown easy access connection to internet

Login changed to other user I can't login No start or desktop items only shutdown connecti to Internet that does not work and easy access keys. Please help

You will probably need to reinstall Windows to fix your problem. That's why you should always have multiple IDs. And use a "user" ID and not the Admin ID for your day to day work.
