The iPhone or iPod can be connected to a LiveBox Wi-Fi in a few quick and easy steps. Here we reveal to you the simple steps you can follow to quickly connect your iPhone or iPod to any Wi-Fi hotspot.
How to connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone and iPod?
To connect to a new Wi-Fi network:
- From your device's home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Turn on Wi-Fi using the slider on the Wi-Fi field. Once activated your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to among the available ones.
- Before you can join the network, you may be asked to enter the network's password or agree to terms and conditions.
In case have issues accessing a Wi-Fi network you already registered and logged in:
- From your device's home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Turn on Wi-Fi using the slider on the Wi-Fi field. Once activated your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.
- Keep pressing on the Wi-Fi network you cannot use, and forget it.
- Go back to the first steps to connect to the same network again.
How to configure the pairing mode of the Livebox?
You can also use the pairing mode of your Livebox to make it connect to your device:
- From your device's home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Turn on Wi-Fi using the slider on the Wi-Fi field.
- Press the dedicated pairing button of your Livebox to put it into pairing mode. The Livebox Wi-Fi LED will flash and you can select "Join" on the iPod.
- Your device may take a few seconds before connecting. Once done, you're good to go.
