Sony Vaio WiFi not working after Win 10 upgrade
Solved/Closed
Hello,
I have recently updated my Sony Vaio laptop VPCEB4X0E from the original windows 7 that came with it to windows 10. Since then the WiFi on the laptop hasn't been working. I have made sure that the wireless switch is in the 'on' position with the green light is on but the WiFi just won't turn on. I have made sure the network adapter driver is up to date but this still hasn't worked... Any help?

Hi,
can you right click the Start menu and select Device Manager
Under Network Adapters you'll see your wifi adapter in there.
It's probably an Atheros WLAN adapter.
Does it have a yellow triangle next to it?
There are no official Windows 10 drivers from Sony.
Here's what i'd do.
Plug your laptop in to your router via ethernet cable then run Windows Updates until there are no more.
