Photo Cutter is a software that allows you to edit your images and crop them. It supports different types of formats including, JPEG, BMP, and TIFF. Images can, then, be saved as PNG, WMF, and JPEG files.

How to use it?

Open the Photo Cutter program and go to the folder where your pictures are located. Next, set the output format and destination folder. Select a part of image you want to cut with your mouse or touchpad. Once selected, you can view the preview and the final image and decide whether to save it or to select again. If you want to cut the photo quicker, uncheck the preview tab, and save your photo directly after the edit.
