How to clear persistent storage on Xbox One
If you are an Xbox One user, you know that the console will automatically download and store content additional content. Even though this can be handy, it will also fill the storage cache. Here we discuss how to clear the permanent storage and save space.
To clean the persistent storage, you just need to follow these steps:
- Press the Xbox One button on your controller.
- Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections
- In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.
- Next, select Clear persistent storage.
To limit the download of additional content, simply uncheck the Enable BD Live to improve Blu-ray playback.
