How to auto-update Android

You can configure your Android smartphones to automatically download system updates and UI updates (HTC Sense, Samsung Touchwiz, Huawei Emotion UI) over Wi-Fi. We will show you how to configure these updates below.
System updates, UI and Software suites
- To configure the auto updates, go to Settings > About Phone > System Update.
- Then, tap on the Menu key > Settings.
- Next, select Auto-download over Wi-Fi:

Auto update Android apps
- To configure the auto-update settings of the apps installed on your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Play app and go to Menu > Settings.:
- In the General section, tap on Auto-update apps.
3 options are available:
- Do not auto-update apps.
- Auto-update apps at any time (Data charges may apply).
- Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only.
