Considering finally taking the plunge and subscribing to a Netflix account but not yet 100% sure? Why not have a test drive first and sample some Netflix content available free of charge? In this article we will show you how to watch some select shows and movies without paying a penny and without signing up for an account.

To watch the content that is available freely to non registered users, you’re going to need to have a computer or Android device (iOS browsers are currently not supported).

You should then follow this link to avail of the offer. On the page that opens up you will see various options of different shows and movies that you can watch straight away. Here’s a taster of what’s available:

Stranger Things

You’d have to be living under a rock not to have heard about the tv series Stranger Things. The disappearance of a young boy in a small rural town, results in the discovery of a mystery complete with secret experiments, terrifying supernatural events and a very strange girl. Hours or material here, you will be hooked.


Bird Box

The psychological thriller of the decade. Watch Sandra Bullock in one of her most impressive roles to date as she fights against a mysterious and deadly force that she cannot see. As one of the only survivors five years after an evil presence drives most of humanity to suicide, we watch her desperately try to save her two children and reach safety. Not to be missed, but a small tip: don’t watch it alone.


When They See Us

A hugely moving series made all the more emotional by the fact that it’s based on true events. Falsely accused of rape and assault, this series takes us through the unbelievable nightmare five young men faced in New York City in the 1990s. This stellar cast featuring Asante Blackk, Caleel Harris and Ethan Herrise (to name but a few), will take your breath away as they take us through the horror the five young boys faced who became known as the ‘Central Park Five’.


Love is Blind

If reality tv is more up your street then look no further than Love is Blind. The ultimate reality TV experiment, this show sets people up on blind dates where they speak for hours whilst never seeing or touching each other, with a 'blind proposal’ being the end goal in sight. Heart in your mouth kind of watching here.
