How to always show the scale bar in Google Maps on Android
The Google Maps app will display a dynamic scale every time you zoom in or out of a map. Here you will learn to display the scale bar in Google Maps for Android permanently.
To always show the scale in Google Maps on Android:
- Open Google Maps.
- Tap on your profile icon on the search bar to open the Menu.
- Tap on Settings to open the Settings menu.
- Tap on Show scale on map.
- Select either Always or When zooming in and out.
