Opening XLS file in notepad?

How to open the xls file in notepad in the same matter?

If you try to open an xls file via notepad, data will not make much sense.
  • What you should do is save the file as CSV type and then open via notepad.
  • Open notepad and change the file type of all and then browse to your file and open.
