So, I've searched many ways of fixing this but none are working. I went to my sound setting in my computer, and I don't even have a headphone audio device! Someone please help me out here, because this is really needed!!!

Thank you
For solution follow given steps ....
1. Go to Control Pannel
2. click on Hardware and Sound
3. click on Sound
4. then you devices should come up ; speakers, Digital Audio, and headphones
5. plug your headphones in
6. then select headphones
7. at the bottom it will say set as default
8. select that!!
then when you disconnect your headphones it automatically switches to the speakers and when you plug them back in it automatically will switch to headphones!!

Thank you
i encountered the same problem yesterday and then i solved it. Follow the steps. I hope it works for u too..
CONTROL PANEL - HARDWARES AND SOUND - CLICK SOUND - DOUBLE CLICK HEADPHONES OPTION - CLICK LEVELS - UNTICK THE MUTE OPTION AND INCREASE THE VOLUME - CLICK OK
Your problem is solved .
play an audio to check.
if not working still follow the same steps as above instead of the LEVEL option CLICK GENERAL - CLICK PROPERTIES - CLICK CHANGE SETTINGS - CLICK DRIVER - CLICK UPDATE DRIVER - SEARCH AUTOMATICALLY FOR DRIVER ...
INSTALL the driver and play an audio to check.
HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
if problem not solved still then there is surely some hardware problem with your port. Get it checked asap. THANKYOU

OK, what type of headphones are they? USB or standard? What O/S?

Standard, they go in the headphone jack but the headphones work fine. There isn't a headphones playback device and idk how to fix that. I think it might be the jack itself but wanted to make sure first
