Plot

Farming Simulator 22 is a farming simulation video game developed by GIANTS Software that features a seasonal cycle, more types of equipment and vehicles, and more control over your farms. As a modern farmer, you will experience agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry while you will have to thrive over the seasons and build your agriculture empire. You will really be able to create the farm you want, like vast corn and cotton farmland in the USA, an olive orchard in southern France, and more in other countries.

Gameplay

The four seasons: Each season will bring new gameplay mechanics and challenges. In addition, depending on the season, you will have to adapt to different weather conditions such as drought, snow, and more, to make sure your crops thrive.
Maps: You get the choice to play in Elmcreek, which is a map located in the midwestern USA, Haut-Beyleron located in southern France, and Erlengret in the Swiss Alps. You will also be able to find lots of additional maps created by the community.
Planting: The planting process can differ depending on what crops you are planting. Farming Simulator 22 includes Cultivating, Sowing (fill your seeder, go to the field to plant them), Fertilizing and Lime (both improve yield), Weeds (they must be removed using a weeder or a sprayer to prevent a loss in yield), Harvest, and Selling.

Crops: Lots of different crops are available to let you cultivate what you want depending on your taste, including Wheat, Barley, Oats, Sorghum, Cotton, Canola, Sunflowers, Soybeans, Corn, Potatoes, Sugar Beet, Sugarcane, Grapes, Olives, Oilseed Radish, Poplar, Grass, and more.
