Depending on the type of connection you are using, you can enable the network action prediction feature (pre-rendering of webpages) feature of Google Chrome. But it is highly recommended that you turn it off , when using a slow internet connection. To enable/disable this feature follow the steps below.
Enable or Disable Pre-loading of Pages on Google Chrome
Click on the section named Privacy and Security > Cookies and Other Site Data
Then Scroll down to "Preload pages for faster browsing and searhing" and toggle the switch on to enable the feature.
