Android's Gmail application offers a simple way to clear your search history on the application's interface. Deleting your search history will reset the application's autofill settings so that no previous searches will be suggested.
Delete Your Search History on Android's Gmail App
Launch your Gmail app, and tap the Menu key (represented by 3 vertical bars in the top-right corner).
Next, go to General Settings and tap the Menu key > Clear Search History:
