YouTube is a bountiful resource for videos, especially for music videos. If you would like to download them to extract the music files, you'll need an MP3 converter or YouTube downloader. You can, then, save the music file to a USB drive or to your computer.

Save Music from YouTube to a USB Using an MP3 Converter

Log into YouTube, and find the video whose audio you would like to isolate. Copy the video's URL, and in a new browser, go to Online Video Converter. Paste the video's URL into the Paste link here field, make sure the field just below indicates .mp3, then press Start:



This may take a few minutes depending on your connection speed and the size of the video.

Next, click Download, and locate the video in the downloaded files folder on your computer.


Plug your USB drive into your computer, then drag and drop the newly downloaded mp3 file into the folder.
