This is a sticky issue, as there is no backdoor. What does the maker of the software offer in terms of support? Is there a support page on the website? In the future, before selecting a product, take a look at the support first, to see how you wold resolve issues before you get to them. Especially since we are talking about files that are so important, the standard Windows Security Administration of password protecting them and hiding them with the OS is not enough!!!!!
