The YouTube applications gives users access to the leading video site directly from their smartphones, allowing them to bypass their internet browser to watch their favourite videos.

Videos appear in the main window and are categorised (fun, film, animation, comedy...). Users can also search for their favourite videos using the search engine and let people know what they think with likes, comments and shares. With theYouTubeapp you can create playlists, browse and view recommended videos and subscribe to your favourite channels.

The application is optimised for YouTube account holders allowing users to easily publish their own videos and leave comments. The YouTube app also includes a share feature, as is standard with the YouTube site, allowing users to share their favourite videos on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google+ and Twitter.
